About me

My name is Justyna Kozlowska-Beyga

I’ve been supporting my clients in the field of accounting services for last 18 years.

I am a highly qualified specialist thanks to years of education and a variety of experiences.

I have the following titles: Economics Technology, Master of Economics, as well as postgraduate studies in accounting at the University of Economics in Wrocław.

Since 2011, I have had the Certificate of the Ministry of Finance for bookkeeping services, and since 2020, I have had the Certificate of the Chief Accountant.

To date, we have helped establish more than 10 limited liability companies and dozens of sole proprietorships. All inspections by tax authorities at our clients have ended positively.

I have accounting liability insurance for the amount of PLN 100,000.

We employ 2 people and work closely with tax consultants, an insurance agent and a leasing broker.

Maintenance of the Income and Expense Ledger / Recorded Lump Sum with VAT

  • subscription fee for up to 10 documents - PLN 250.00
  • from 11 to 20 documents - 300,00 zł
  • from 21 to 30 documents - PLN 350.00,
Other HR and payroll activities:

  • running PPK of employees - 35,00 zloty person
  • settlement of delegations - PLN 20.00 person
  • settlement of seconded employees - PLN 120.00
Personnel and payroll activities concerning the hired UoP employee - per person

 

  • Preparation of payroll, preparation of monthly Social Security declarations - PLN 60.00
  • Preparation of personal files - PLN 100.00
  •  preparation of a contract, certificate of employment, certificate - PLN 40.00
Annual Declarations:

  • From PLN 50 to 200, depending on the type of declaration
Payroll activities concerning an employed UCP employee (order / work) - PLN 40.00 per person:
(preparation of monthly ZUS declarations, preparation of an calculation)

Additional services:

  • US, ZUS or other control - from PLN 300 per hour
  • Help with setting up a sole proprietorship – PLN 200
